How to enter

Make a new booking on the Journey Beyond Rail Expeditions Online Booking Engine between 14 April and 30 May 2021 for travel in 2022.

Terms & conditions

• Sale period: Valid for new agent FIT bookings made from 14 April to 30 May 2021
• Travel dates: 01 January – 31 December 2022
• Valid for any rail journey
• Valid for all fare types
• Valid for re-booking future travel credit
• Multiple entries are permitted
• Bookings must be a ‘Confirmed’ booking status with a deposit received

Eligibility

To enter the competition, you must be a trading travel agent and be aged 18 and over at the time of entry and an Australian Citizen.

If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, place of residence and place of employment) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure that they meet and agree to the competition requirements for participating.

Prize information

The winners of the competition will be chosen using a random entry generator software. The winners will have met the requirements in relation to the competition brief. The winners will be notified via the email address associated to the winning bookings.

Conditions of the prize

• No alternative or cash prize is offered
• This competition is valid for the described prizes only
• Prize one is valid for travel on The Ghan, Indian Pacific or Great Southern in one direction of the agents choosing, for travel prior to 31 December 2022. Booking date is subject to prize-winner discount availability and may not be available on prize winners preferred date. If for any reason the prize is not taken before the specified date range, the prize will be forfeited. This voucher is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash and not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. Journey Beyond Rail Expeditions reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. We may also create rules which will apply to a specific competition only. If we do this we will publish the amended competition rules and/or specific competition rules on the relevant competition page. The Promoter’s decision on all matters pertaining to this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
