Travel to the Uluṟu sunset viewing area. Enjoy nibbles and a glass of wine as the sun sinks over the western horizon and the evening sky brings out the many shades of colour for which Uluṟu is famous. Don’t forget your camera! It is recommended that you photograph Uluṟu every 5 minutes to really capture the gradual colour changes of the rock. Your guide will transfer you to the barbecue site, set amongst red sand dunes and desert oak trees. You will enjoy a variety of Australian meats and salads, accompanied by beverages of your choosing. After dinner your guide will conduct a tour of the night sky, pointing out the visible constellations and explaining some of the Aboriginal stories that relate to the stars before you return to Ayers Rock Resort.
