Platinum Transfers

As a Platinum guest, we are pleased to provide you with complimentary transfers to and from the train (within 60km from the rail terminal), or to a pre-boarding check-in location if applicable.

• Platinum transfers in Alice Springs, Darwin and Brisbane are provided in shared vehicles with other Platinum guests
• For Platinum guests joining the Indian Pacific in Sydney, your Platinum Transfer will chauffer you to Casino Wharf for your welcome lunch as you cruise Sydney Harbour (applicable from 8 January 2025).
• For Platinum guests joining the Great Southern in Brisbane, your Platinum Transfer will chauffer you to Hanworth House for a welcome experience.

Please note, we are unable to accept and confirm requests less than two business days of departure.
